My client had taken over her parents' cleaning company and desired a fresh new look to re-energize her company, build brand recognition and attract new clients. We discussed in-depth her goals for the company and how she wanted to be perceived in the community.
One of the pain points for Pioneer Valley Cleaners is competition with larger cleaning companies that are located in a nearby city. The client wanted to appeal to her community as the local choice, a company they could trust because it was in fact, their neighbor.
We decided to create a logo that was friendly and approachable, that would set PVC apart from its corporate competitors. There is a similarity in design to a "Hello, my name is" tag, reinforcing the neighborly feel of this logo.
The squeegee and its path can be used in other design applications to further build their brand identity.
